Google is hiring early-career software engineers to join its ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization in Warsaw, Poland, starting in 2025. This team builds and maintains the infrastructure behind Google’s most powerful services—such as Search, YouTube, and Google Cloud—while innovating in AI, data storage, distributed systems, and hyperscale computing.
New engineers will join versatile teams and contribute to impactful projects with global reach. This role offers significant opportunities to switch teams, explore new domains, and shape how billions of users experience information.
Tasks
In this role, you will:
- Research and develop software applications that power Google’s global services.
- Contribute to projects using AI, natural language processing, data compression, and machine learning.

Qualifications
Education and Certification

Experience

- UNIX/Linux or Windows environments
