What You’ll Do
As a RED Desk Intern, you’ll work closely with SI’s HQ team to coordinate field operations and support donor relations:
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in administrative tasks and program monitoring
- Support proposal writing and donor reporting
- Track project timelines, reports, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized archives and update project documentation
- Liaise with SI field teams and departments like HR, logistics, and communications
- Monitor geopolitical developments in assigned countries
- Update internal tools such as country profiles, contact lists, and expatriate info packs
Learning & Development

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, you must:
- Be enrolled in or recently graduated with a Master’s degree in:
- Humanitarian Action, International Relations, Development, WaSH, Agronomy, etc.
- Be fluent in French and proficient in English (C1/C2)
- Have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Show commitment to humanitarian values and SI’s mission
- Have Microsoft Office proficiency
- Be autonomous, adaptable, and able to manage tight deadlines
- Ideally have volunteer or NGO experience
- Be able to provide a valid internship agreement from your university
Internship Benefits
- Allowance: €5.60/hour (~€860/month full-time)
- Transport: 50% coverage of Navigo pass
- Meals: 60% subsidy on lunch vouchers (€8.90/day)
