Background & Job Description

The Standard Chartered International Graduate Programme is designed for individuals who want to be at the forefront of change in global banking. As a graduate, you will join a forward-thinking organisation with operations in over 50 countries and a workforce representing more than 130 nationalities.

During this 12 to 18-month programme, graduates will either join a rotational experience or take on a specific role depending on the business division. You’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive culture that supports development and leadership from day one.

Tasks

Participate in rotational placements or assigned roles across business areas such as client coverage, financial markets, and risk.
Receive technical, business, and interpersonal training, including wellness and career development workshops.
Work on live projects and gain direct exposure to leadership and decision-making processes.
Attend speaker events with Senior Executives and join global networking activities.
Take ownership of responsibilities that contribute to the bank’s global strategy and client impact.
