Vodacom is offering a unique opportunity through its Discover Graduate Programme 2026, aimed at empowering young graduates to grow into leadership roles within the company. Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Minimum of a B-Degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) at NQF Level 7.
- NQF Level 6 National Diploma will be considered for:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems/IT
Experience
- Less than 2 years of post-study work experience.
- A minimum of 65% aggregate in most recent or completed academic results.
Eligibility
- Age 26 or younger.
- South African Citizens (by birth or naturalisation) or permanent residents.
- Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in their respective countries.
