Tasks
- Develop and lead strategic, evidence-based program designs aligned with community needs and Plan’s frameworks.
- Implement projects using data and research to improve vulnerable children’s lives.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, applying lessons to refine implementation.
- Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure donor compliance.

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Work, Public Policy, Gender Studies, or related fields.

- Certifications like PMD Pro, PMP, PRINCE2, or humanitarian/safeguarding credentials are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in program management within NGOs, UN agencies, or international development.
- Proven experience managing donor-funded, large-scale programs in child rights, youth, education, or gender equality.
- Experience working in multi-country or cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Strong skills in monitoring, evaluation, budget management, and donor relations.
